Equal Housing. You agree you will not submit to us for publication, and we will not knowingly publish, any advertisement for the sale, rental, or financing of a dwelling that states any preference, limitation, or discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, disability, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Such advertisements violate Section 804(c) of the Fair Housing Act and other federal and state laws. Edits to data. Once site is created and published, any edit to the site will require a $8.99 editing payment. The only exclusion to this payment is a one-time removal of the property once it is sold or rented. It is your responsibility to notify us once the property is no longer available. If you have purchased an email alias, it will be deactivated at the time the property's status becomes "not available."
Payment of fees due. You agree to pay all amounts due via credit card or check. Payment is due, in advance, prior to publishing of your information. You will agree to pay the publishing fees in accordance with the terms of your credit card. Once payment is received, there are no refunds for any reason. You will be given an opportunity to review your page for accuracy before it is published.
Content. You agree that you will only publish images for which you have ownership rights. This site is publishing information about housing. As such, only images related to housing are authorized for display. In no circumstances will any images nonrelated to the subject housing, adult, nude, or otherwise inappropriate images be allowed. Any account violating this requirment will have their information removed immediately and no refunds will be gratnted. Online Home Tour will have the right to determine if the content violates this term.
